Order Processing:

• Orders are processed after the store closes.
• Production begins once the store has closed and it takes approximately 3-5 weeks for items to be produced.

Shipping:

• If you elect shipping, your order will be shipped after the 3-5 week production period.
• Shipping typically takes 5-10 business days, depending on your location.
• You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Out-of-Stock Items:

• If an item is unexpectedly out of stock after the store closes, we will notify you as soon as possible. Options may include:
  • A substitution (if available).
  • A refund for the out-of-stock item.

Order Pickup:

• If applicable, local pickup options will be communicated once production is complete.

Important Note:

• All sales are final. As all items are custom-made, no returns or exchanges are accepted.
